Payment Methods

Paying at Onlinecooks should take a few seconds and leave no surprises on your statement. This page explains what we accept, how your payment is protected and when your card is charged.

What we accept

The following payment methods are available at checkout:

The options you see on the payment step are the ones currently available for your order.

Currency

All prices on the site are shown and charged in USD. If you pay with a card issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own conversion fee; we have no control over either.

How your payment is protected

Checkout runs over an SSL-encrypted connection and payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which meets the PCI-DSS standard for handling card data. Your full card number and security code go directly to the processor and are never stored on our servers. We only ever see the last four digits, which we use to identify your order if you contact us.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you confirm the order at checkout. If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the amount is refunded in full to the same payment method.

No hidden fees

The total shown on the final checkout screen is exactly what you pay. It includes the product price and any applicable sales tax; shipping within the United States is free, so nothing is added for delivery.

Questions about a payment

If a charge looks wrong, a payment was declined, or you need a copy of a receipt, write to us and include your order number.
